Cox Stream only plan and other apps?

Hi Im hoping someone can help.  

If I sign up with Cox for the Stream only plan will it provide me with a Cox login that I can use in apps for say ID Go, ESPN, NBC etc where I would be able to stream broadcasts live?

Or would I only be able to receive a Cox login if I’m a Cox TV subscriber?

    @Raybeeh Hi, You will be able to register on Cox.com and get a Cox login but you will only be able to access those apps with a Cox ID if you subscribe to Contour TV service.
