Freezing Pictures and sound goes out on all channels
My picture freezes on all channels. The sound also goes out intermittently. I've rebooted, refreshed, and disconnected all cables and reconnected. Nothing helps. Any suggestions?

It sounds like you've exhausted all remote troubleshooting, and I'm sorry to hear that these steps have not helped resolve the issue. If the issue has been happening for some time, then we may need to have a service appointment reserved to help diagnose the cause.
