DVR recordings were wiped clean this AM.

DVR recordings were wiped clean this AM. My scheduled recordings are still there, but everything recorded was gone. What happened to them? They were there last night, but this am when turned on TV- it took me through a set up steps.  No- My DVR is no where near full- it was at 3%.  I understood when I had to get a new box it was erased- but now it is happening randomly.......Super unhappy with COX right now!

    Same thing happened to me. They ended up replacing the DVR and it resolved the issue

    Were your recordings of a particular show or series or from the same channel or network?
