Poor quality recordings

Recorded material often freezes and/or sound disappears intermitenly,

    Same issue here.  Sometimes freezing ends with an error message and while the message says to try again later, when I do, it still errors out.  What good is Cloud DVR if it is so unreliable?

      Hi Alleymon, does the freezing occur while watching live TV, On Demand, or DVR content? Would you be able to power-cycle the modem first, and then power-cycle the wireless receivers after the modem comes back online?     Hi PLL,

    Thank you for reaching out to us. Are you having an issue with multiple recorded channels or just one? Are there any error messages that flash on the screen? Also, are there any splitters connected to the coaxial cable going to the DVR?
