DVR PLAYBACK

At first it started off slow where the DVR playback would lose sound here and there. Now its way more frequent. and it also is choppy and can't even watch the show. I noticed this mostly occurs on programs recorded during prime time 7-10 pm. I cant even watch those programs anymore. So I tried watching them live and now I cant even do that because the same thing is happening to even the live channels. I tried resetting the boxes. even leaving unplugged for two minutes, nothing helps. I end up having to watch all my shows on HULU. So why am I paying all this money for COX when I have to watch all the content on HULU anyway and for a fraction of the price. I had direct tv for 10 years and never had any issues.
