Cannot get my new service working and support keeps me hanging.
I ordered new service and connected my boxes and went online to activate them and it shows it activated but it hasn't. I get a tech support agent that I really can't understand and then says I need tier two support. So they transferred me and I waited thirty minutes and nobody ever answered. I talked to another tech support person on chat and said tier two would contact me but it never happened. It has been several days and I am left hanging so I am wondering is this the type of service I will be receiving. The equipment I was sent is disgusting. It had food and gunk in the cracks. This is unacceptable all the way around.
