Contour Box Broken

My contour box is stuck on the welcome screen and box says "boot". It will attempt to boot for approx10 minutes then shut itself down and try again. I have checked all of the connections, unplugged for 10 seconds and plugged it back it. Problem continues. Help!

    You might need to unplug your receiver for longer than 10 seconds.  The recommended time is 30 seconds.  If that doesn't correct the problem, sign in to your Cox account and try the Cox "Reset My Cable Connection" tool.

    Hi Rich, are all receivers impacted by this issue? If you have DVR capabilities, then you will need to unplug the host receiver first. This is because the client receiver may need to sync back up to the host receiver. Once the host has finished rebooting, please power-cycle the client receiver.
