Cox.com - Poor Web Site Design

Cox.com/resacpimt/home.html - Frustrating Design

On login I am prevented from navigating to Tools and other items and the page is greyed out by...

1. Gigablast ad popup
2. My Account popdown window which pops down any time I attempt to clck on each and any
page.
3 Cox host server is very slow to respond while navigating from page to page while other Web
sites load quickly..

Please revamp your Web site to eliminate these frustrating behaviors.

    i imagine everyone is seeing the gigablast promo screen but i only see it at login.
