XRE 00250

I am receiving a message that says This device needs to be activated before we can continue. 

Out of nowhere in the middle of watching tv in my bedroom. I have 4 contour boxes. I had 3 before this happened. My daughter moved back home yesterday and she stopped by Cox and picked up a wireless contour box, got here and connected with no problem. As soon as she connected, my box stopped and there is the activation message.
