Problem started today (9/19/19). When try to watch PrimeVideo through Contour get the message "Oops. Unfortunately this feature is not working. Our engineers are hard at work to resolve this problem." Pleas advise. Thank you.
So the problem seemed to be fixed this morning (Fri 9/20), but this afternoon it was not working. Got a new message with Error Cose SPPS-04036
typo. Error Code APPS-04036
