My bi-weekly problem with Cox (issue ~ #80) - Pac12 scrambled picture

Picture is scrambled and the channel (87) is not watchable. I'd upload a screen shot but thats not possible. I called in earlier today and they said multiple people had called in. This has been going on for a week. When will it be resolved?

  • Hello, can you please email us at cox.help@cox.com? I believe the best course of action is to send out a service technician to address these issues. We were unable to replicate this issue, as our back-office team reviewed the local channel feed for your area and did not indicate any issues with channel 87. -Kevin M. Cox Support Forum Moderator
