Tivo Missing Cox OnDemand App

The cox ondemand app is missing from my Tivo Bolt.  I have read that there is some type of code that needs to be added to my account for the app to appear.  Can someone please check this for me.  If it happens to be setup correctly, is there anything else I can do to get the app to show up.  I have already restarted the tuner and the tivo, connected to the tivo service, unchecked and checked the video sharing and enable video downloads options in the tivo device preferences.
