DVR Contour Playback ISSUE Constant error during playback forced to watch "on demand" version

TIRED of contour failing to playback shows - stopping on EVERY single one. Forces us to watch the "free" on demand version. What's the purpose of recording shows if this box is not going to play them back? WHAT is the FIX for this???
