Switched to the new contour Saturday . Worked fine Saturday Sunday and this morning . Came home from work and every channel gives me this error message .
. It reboots itself about every 5 minutes . Very frustrating.
Have you tried this page to reset you cable box?
Hi Azolivas, we are so sorry to learn about the issues you're having with the Contour receiver. This could be an indication of a signal issue, causing the box to not function the way it should. At any rate, sending out a service technician is the best course of action, and we see you are already scheduled for a technician to go out.
