Why does just one hd channel 1013 not record?

My DVR marks 1013 program choice with a red circle, but not with a white checkmark overlary when I request a recorded program.

However, it will record the same program on SD channel 13.

What do I need to do to get selections on 1013 to record?

  • Hi Tbrown127, this may be related to the way Cox is dual-mapping SD and HD channels. Delete the current series recording on channel 13 and 1013. Set up a new series recording, and specify "HD Only" or "channel 1013 only" in the recording options. -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator
