Ordered Black Panther today (June 9th)and it was in Spanish and it's supposed to be in English.
Did you order it Ondemand? Check that the cable box isn't set to SAP or Secondary Audio Program. Depending on your remote, there should be a Audio button of some kind. For full instructions, see here.
Now if you ordered the specific Spanish stream, I think you need to call Cox, get them to discount the price, and then re-order. Or perhaps a moderator can help, but they will probably need you to email them your account info.
