My call history quit displaying my incoming phone numbers. Instead it's displaying the name of the person or business or wireless caller without a phone number. It's displaying my outgoing phone numbers properly. What could be causing this issue?
Is there a dropdown to show All types of calls (Incoming, Outgoing, Missed)?
Do the Incoming calls display if you download either the .csv or .pdf?
I had a problem when I had Cox phone that the incoming calls wouldn't show up on the website but would show up when I download the pdf. +1 for checking.
