When I click on enable I get the error saying that I have disabled it. Does anyone have any idea how to make it work? Can anyone get the email notifications to work?
Sounds like you are having a few problems with your phone system. Have you called Cox and had their Telephone Test Desk have a look?
Yes I have but they have no idea how to fix this issue.
I used to be able to see the phone numbers for incoming calls but can't see them anymore for some reason
Are you referring to numbers on the Caller ID of your phone or online Call History?
Online call history. I used to be able to see the phone numbers. I can see them using my phone.
I'll admit to not having to use my Cox Call History nor having to frequent it; however, I don't recall Cox Call History displaying the incoming numbers. It has only displayed the name field of the Caller ID. If I wanted to see the number, I had to hover my cursor over the name for the alt text to "pop up" the number.
The name and numbers have also always been within the same cell or delimiter of the downloadable .csv file, so this would indicate the online Call History presentation never had a separate column for the number.
