Voice Tools call history is missing for all time periods and selection criteria. No error mesage is provided.
Voice Tools call history is working for me now. To confirm what Jonathan said about logging, a call is included that was made while history wasn't being displayed.
Call history seems to break a lot. If it's working for everyone again, Cox's vendor needs to adhere to an old, programmer's creed: "If it ain't broke, don't fix it".
Cox should also consider negotiating a penalty clause with their vendor for down time. Maybe that would instill a need to implement better change control procedures.
