Voice Tools call history is missing

Voice Tools call history is missing for all time periods and selection criteria.  No error mesage is provided.

  • Voice Tools call history is working for me now.  To confirm what Jonathan said about logging, a call is included that was made while history wasn't being displayed.

    Call history seems to break a lot.  If it's working for everyone again, Cox's vendor needs to adhere to an old, programmer's creed:  "If it ain't broke, don't fix it".  

    Cox should also consider negotiating a penalty clause with their vendor for down time.  Maybe that would instill a need to implement better change control procedures.
