The Cox Call History page informs "Please allow 15 minutes for new activity to appear."
I got a call at approximately 7 PM but had missed its Caller ID on TV. I've been refreshing this page for 90 minutes and the needed Caller ID still hasn't appeared in my history. Is it 15 minutes or 15 hours?
Why is this thing so difficult?
Did you receive errors between 2-13 Aug? Clock starts at first error.
No, everything was normal until clicking on phone settings started buffering and not letting anyone in. That was fixed around Aug 20 but then call history would not load. The dates may be off by a day or two.
If you're using a shortcut to get to "Voice Tools", have you tried using the Phone "Helpful Tools" Settings link from Cox's website? Maybe Cox changed the link when they fixed the buffering issue and you're going to the old website. It's not likely, but you guys were talking about crazy stuff. That would be crazy.
Its seems like every time I use the Call History, I encounter something crazy. If you can't sustain it, get rid of it.
