Why is my voice tools page buffering and not loading? It keeps saying please wait while it is buffering. Cox support has no idea why this is happening
They fixed the buffering 2 days ago but then the call history stopped working, "We are currently experiencing technical difficulties...." then "Error while fetching call records."
It still isn't working. "We are currently experiencing technical difficulties processing your call history request." Tried calling but they are so busy they don't even put you in line..."Call back later" Tried on-line chat....gave up after waiting 30 minutes.
Just finished a chat. The call history outage is a nationwide problem. They hope to have it fixed by Friday. That's only 3 days from now and just 1 week since the problem started.
Yes...thanks for sharing this repetitive, week-long, nationwide problem will fester for another 3 days. I guess all is well.
