I plugged my landline phone directly into modem and it still doesn’t work. Any help is appreciated.
what model is the modem?
Do you have it plugged into Tel. 1 on the back? Is the internet working?
did it ever work?
if it never worked, cox has to setup/assign number over the phone!
Is this an initial request for landline service? Meaning, you just ordered it.
If this is a new install, there's some more steps to take.
