Inbound calls hear ' please enter your password then press pound'.

Inbound callers hear ' please enter your password then press pound'. Tech support sent out two technicians. They replaced the cable - no luck. They advised to replace the modem - also no luck. What do we do next?

    It may be a call-screening feature on your telephone.  What's its make/model?
