Voice tools not working

My call history in voice tools (website and app) have not recorded incoming or outgoing calls since Apr 21 @ 5:43pm.

Anyone else having this problem?

  • Hi Rosebud84, thanks for letting us know about this issue! We've heard from a few other customers who also report Call History isn't logging calls. We've escalated the issue on your behalf and will let you know as soon as we have an update. -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator

    Website "Voice Tools" wasn't working a few days ago, but appears to be working properly now.  Call History now matches the incoming calls on my local DVR Interactive Services: Phone Tools Call Logs.  Outgoing calls are also included.
