Our phone and Internet have been going down on a regular basis (five times in the last 2 weeks) as well as for 24 hours a month ago. I've been told to reset my modem and everything will be peachy keen. I've been told that there is no way to determine where the problem is and that if it happens again, I should call back. This is a dangerous situation. Have others experineced a similar problem recently?
