Phone - Voice Tools - for over 4 weeks - No History & Settings yields: "We are currently experiencing technical difficulties to process your settings request. Please try again."
COX - Please fix these breaks in service! Need to know who called and when.
Yes, Issue not resolved to date - Ticket is still open.
Hope to see Phone History restored very soon.
Hasn't Cox been updating you on their outage for the past 2 months?
Please test again and let us know if you are still not seeing the call history.

Not using the "App". Voice Tools" data continues to be unavailable (18 SEP) via Cox website. Issue began mid-June when Cox "upgraded?" Phone Tools software in my area. Several tickets have been opened and password changes made by Cox,- still Phone Tolls does not present current data.
