Speed Dial & Call Forwarding together???

With Century Link I was able to forward to my cell phone with a Single Digit Speed Dial number that I had previously assigned.  Why doesn't Cox have this wonderful time-saving feature? Basically combining Speed Dial & Call Forwarding together???

    Hello, we value your feedback, and we thank you for your continued loyalty to the Cox family. The speed-dialing service is now Install-Protected, and this is being phased out because it's not a popular feature. In regards to call forwarding, we also offer simultaneous ring. With simultaneous ring, you have the ability to take your home phone with you on-the-go, using our Cox Voice Everywhere App, http://bit.ly/2KPDBWQ. -Kevin
