Voice Everywhere App has decided to throw an "Error:

Voice Everywhere App has decided to throw an "Error: Please try again, unknown error occurred. If you keep having issues, Please contact us for further assist." I have not changed password, it was working fine until 5 days ago but now will not let me sign in to app. Have already rebooted iPhoneX 5-6 times with same results.  Have not updated IOS software that would cause error message.  Currently running IOS 12.1.4.  Repeat, nothing on my iPhone has changed since starting use of Voice Everywhere.  Worked fine for last few months until 5 days ago.

    I am sorry to hear that you receive an error when accessing the Voice Everywhere app. Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall the app? If not, can you give that a try and let us know the results.
