Are there any updates to the issues with call history not logging in phone tools yet? I was contacted by a csr from Cox who left me a voice message telling me there would be a resolution & it's still not logging in any of my calls other than voice messages. Is anyone else still having this problem? It's been a month for me now with a ticket # & it being escalated.
What about in RI?
My call history does not show up on the new voice everywhere app. I’m in RI.
There's been a problem with call history for me since jan8. They told me once I was migrated to voice everywhere it would be fixed..... I guess not.
Kevin, Call history is showing up but I don't want to say it's fixed because it worked for 1 day before in the past month. I'd like to see that it's working for at least a week or more since I've waited so long to try to get it fixed.
Can someone please clarify what “phone tools” are being referred to in this thread? Is this the phone tools you see when logged into a browser based cox.net? I think some people are waiting for call history to be fixed so that it’s available in a phone app once again. I’m in RI and my call history from the browser based tools never stopped working so that was never an issue for me. But I see other people in this thread are waiting for call history to be in some app such as Voice Everywhere
My call history in Cox Connect app stopped working months ago. These call history records also don’t show up in Voice Everywhere. I don’t use Voice Everywhere and don’t plan to use it unless it is changed to display home call history I still use my house phone and would like to have my call history displayed in one of my Cox apps again. Using the browser based method to see home call history in my cell phone is not a good option.
Is this thread only dealing with the browser based phone tools call history? Will one of the Cox apps finally get the home phone call history working again?
