I am all of the sudden having a problem signing into HBO GO online. You must sign in with your cable provider. When I try to sign into COX I receive an error message. At the top it says "HTTP Status 500." And the description says, "The server encountered an internal error that prevented it from fulfilling the request."
I've tried 3 different browsers, with no luck. Any ideas on whether or not this is a COX issue or possibly a problem with the HBO plug-in?
I'm stuck. Help, please!

I assume you are using your Primary Cox email account sign-in, that is the only one HBO Go will accept.
I just signed in without issue, from a Firefox browser.
