Error The connection to remote server 127.0.0.2 was refused or timed out while attempting to connect. Please try again later. Today 5-24-23

I wish that COX would work to eliminate so many error messages and restricted Internet. Does anyone know if Google Fi is more reliable?

Do you get the error only with webmail or something else? Have you considered using another email provider like Yahoo or Gmail?

As for Google Fi, that is a cellular service. Did you mean Google Fiber?

I've been getting the same error the past 2 days and webmail is very slow.

When logging into webmail, look at the address and see if it has the word "legacy" in it. I heard they are moving people over to a new webmail and some people on the old platform are having issues. I think it is a known issue with Cox.

Yes, legacy-myemail.cox.net...any way to fix this?
