Really?

Wow! This is so sad. Cox is not making changes and upgrades for that notifying anyone. Then you can't get anyone on the phone anymore. If you do, it's someone out of country that you can't hardly understand and the people on the chat rooms or doing 30 different chats at once and you can never get a cohesive answer out of them they all level one people that know nothing.

    You may want to proofread your post. I really had trouble following it, other than you were upset.
