I've been trying to requalify for ACP since December. I've explained to Cox and ID.me that I only have my landline phone and I have no documentation online I can show them to prove I am who I say I am. I've been tossed back and forth from Cox and ID.me for 3 months. 2 times rudely. I qualified last year in 30 seconds. Any help?
This is a forum where users assist other users with technical issues. This is a billing issue, and outside of our domain. You can try contacting Cox Billing, BUT, it has to be cleared through ID.ME before Cox accepts it.
