For the last week or so, my internet goes up and down, usually during the middle of the day 11am - 4pm. Cox insists there are no outages but it is obvious the internet is slowed. Do you not have enough resources to provide consistent service to your customers or is this a metered issue where some customers are provided better service?
Is the problem slow internet or no internet? If no internet, do you lose lights on your modem? If slow, have you tried connecting direct to the modem with ethernet? BTW, what model modem/router/combo do you have?
