Attaching hard drive to Panoramic WiFi Gateway.

What are the best options to attach an external hard drive to the Panoramic Gateway for home network access?

You cannot connect a hard drive to the pano modem, while the port is there, it's not active.

I think what you are looking for is a Network Attached Storage(NAS). It's a case for the hard drives that have ethernet and USB to connect to your PC and router. See here for some reviews of different NAS.

I think what OP is looking for is a better router equipped with a USB port.

OP was looking for "best" options. I consider a NAS a better option then a USB attached thumb drive. Not only can you get more performance and storage room, but you have more networking options. Also, OP wanted something to work with the Panoramic gateway.
