Creating my Own WISP

Hello Everyone,

I am fedup with cox's awful service, and have been thinking of starting my own Wireless ISP. I was wondering how many of you would be open to switchover to a WISP (Requires an antenna mounted to your home) If it meant having more reliable service?

    The only technology I know for a WISP is WiMAX (802.16) and it to has limitations, such as a line-of-sight within 30 miles.
