Cox service has in recent months truly started to turn to trash. I’ve had service for over 3 years but recently it’s down at least twice a week. Third day this week, second time today. I may have to seek a different provider.

Service is becoming a joke and quite useless 

  • Did you want to troubleshoot? If so, include some data on the problem? Does it effect wired and wireless? What model modem and router do you have? Do you lose any lights on the modem or router, if so, which? Last, what area do you live in?
