Issue started ~6 weeks ago but resolved itself until yesterday. I noticed half of my downstream channels are unlocked with 0db SNR, tons of correctables and uncorrectables when usually they're at 0. I have lots of print-to-PDFs from over the last 6 weeks.
Currently there are 2 more channels down than the last issue - currently have only 7 downstream channels locked and OFDM Locked @ 0db SNR.

Basically same issue, though now more channels are dropping with 0db SNR
Sorry, I didn't look at your previous posts until you mentioned it. I would get another technician out there and have them scan at the pole for noise. If you have already had several technicians I would suggest a FCC complaint to get the escalation team.
