I have a Orbi RBR850 and it has been connecting to the Cox router just fine until yesterday. Started with intermittent loss of connection to the internet., Today, it no longer connects to the Internet. Tried rebooting everything multiple times with no success. If we bypass the Orbi and connect straight to the Cox router, it works just fine. I have read online of people having similar issues after Cox outages and/or updates. We're in Orange County, CA. Has anyone successfully solved this issue?
Thanks
Have you made sure the Cox router is in bridge mode? See link below for instructions. BTW, why do you rent a Cox router when you have your own router?

Thank you for the reply. I did try it in Bridge mode, but it still did not work. The router is actually the Panoramic modem.
Do you get a light on the ethernet port between the Panoramic modem and the Orbi router? Can you log into the Orbi router? If so what does it say for the WAN/Internet state?
Did you have a Cox outage or update? Panoramic is both a router & modem. How does the Orbi connect to the Panoramic...wired or wireless?
