Cox told me they were escalating my complaint but 2 days later no one has reached out. Our service keeps disconnecting. I asked on NextDoor and many people have the same complaint but Cox says there are no issues in my area.
I think we should get refunds. I am paying $170/mo and Cox has a monopoly here.
Are you on the internet then al of a sudden it losses connection then like a minute or two later it comes back on? Sometimes my outage is like 30 seconds but other times it is like one to two minutes. It does not matter what I am doing on the internet. If when I am surfing the web like reading my comics or I am watching YouTube it does not matter.
