I need to update my router

I can certainly give you all of your options on who to update your router. I'm here to help. If you have a modem/router that you rent from us; you are able to go to the nearest Cox retail store and swap it out. If your equipment was purchased by you, you have the option of going to the nearest Cox retail store and renting one from us or you can go and purchase another one from a local retail store near you.
