advise on new set up

will be cutting the cord in two weeks. what is a good modem and router for cox 300/30 plan. want to get a D3.1 in case i go to 500 plan later. are there any good combo units or purchasing router and modem seperate the better way to go?

That is a great question. Here is a little information for you. It is all in your preference and what fits your needs. I have included a link that has a list of all our approved modems according to the different speed tiers.
