If you're account is within a corporate structure, yes, because you and the recipient are within the same email system. SMTP structure, no, because Recalling agents don't work outside their domain.

You can unsend with Gmail, I know that.
You have a very short period of time to recall/unsend on Gmail. Meaning, if your sent email is still in the Gmail queue, Gmail can recall it. If it's already delivered to, for example, Yahoo, you can't, unless Gmail and Yahoo have a "trusted" connection.
