Server rejected my logon

I'm getting tired of not being able to logon onto my email accounts with cox. I get "The server rejected your logon" or the following at least3-4 times a week

Unable to send or receive messages for the Cox (XXXX) account. Header download for the 'Inbox' folder did not complete. Could not update cached message flags with IMAP server.

Server Response: The server did not respond to this IMAP command before the connection was terminated.
Server: 'imap.cox.net'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCC0F
Protocol: IMAP
Port: 993
Secure(SSL): Yes

This is getting to be ridiculous for the money I'm paying for internet/email service. I haven't change anything and it works fine for a day or two and then the
BS starts again, I have 9 email accounts and it happens to all of them.

    Hi @Tmik
I know how important it is for you to have access to your email accounts. What client are you using? Have you tried to use the 'Fix" function for your client mail box? Also, are you using a VPN or firewall?
