Chandler, AZ - continued problems after outage

We had an outage yesterday (Oct 21) that was supposedly fixed, but my internet has been spotty ever since. It's been slow and randomly drops multiple times throughout the day. I've already unplugged my modem and router, waited a few minutes, plugged in the modem, waited for its lights to all come on, and then plugged my router back in.

I also already did the modem reset from inside of my account, but I'm still having problems. I work from home, so I need the internet lol.
