Anyone with Gigablast see their download speeds going to hell? Mine started out, a year ago, at a weak 750mbps and now runs 350-450.

Gigablast is really bad.  Four times I've contacted techs for an explanation.  In all cases I've been disconnected at their end without explanation.

  • Phone reps are ignoring you.  What you could do is send an email to cox.help@cox.com with the following:
     - URL of This Post
     - Full Name
     - Complete Address
