Intermittent downtime -- is it Cox or my modem?

Hello Team Cox. I've got an ongoing issue whereby my internet connection goes down. Usually for about a minute or two. I don't know if it's my modem or connection.

I've got an amazing router and WAPs. Both have logs. It's not them. And to prove it, devices wired to the router go down as well as wifi devices.

Below are my logs. I've got a Netgear MB8600 (2yrs old). I had someone come out earlier this year and replace a cable. But the problem persists. Any advice -- is it time to call Cox back out or buy another modem? Thanks!
