Ida damage

A tree broke a cable line leading to our condo.   Is there an estimated time for Cox to get to something like that?   It serves 20+ customers.   It's actually an amplifier or line extender with 4 hardline connecters.  3 of them broke loose.     I guess that kind of thing isn't bulletproof in 90 plus mph winds, plus getting hit by a tree nonstop.   This is the Kenner Louisiana area, north of the airport.

      I have submitted the email.     I seem to get better results calling or going into live support.  I never had any luck getting an email response.    My account says there is an outage, but I don't know how specific that is to my situation.
