Outages in Phoenix for the past 2 days 9/9 and 9/10 2021

Seeing following problems from home work computer to office work computer for past 2 days.

Called Cox phone support. After waiting 22 minutes was connected to someone's child talking gibberish.

Very unprofessional.

Here's what the trace route info looks likes here in Phoenix from Sun City area to Midtown/Glendale area (Dunlap). Leaving off my home & work IP addresses.

    When you reach out to us, please send 3 traceroutes using a device(laptop/desktop) connected directly to the modem, freshly reset(both device and modem), with no VPNs, no routers. Please send screenshots of 3 traceroutes-one to Google, one to Yahoo, and one to the websites that are experiencing issues. We will review them and work with you to resolve your issue.
