Are these signal levels bad?

Hi,

Can someone tell me if these downstream signal levels are bad, and why the event log has so many warnings and critical events?

I posted a screenshot at https://imgur.com/yyaGvfz. I have a new modem, but the signals looked the same on the old modem. I also noticed the blue downstream arrow has not stopped blinking since I connected it, except for maybe once. I contacted Cox support, but they could not see anything wrong.

The modem event log shows multiple warnings and critical events, such as:

SW upgrade Failed after download -Incompatible SW file

SW upgrade Failed after download -SW File corruption

MDD message timeout

DHCP FAILED - Request sent, No Response

REG RSP not received

Dynamic Range Window violation

No Ranging Response received - T3 time-out

SYNC Timing Synchronization failure - Failed to acquire QAM/QPSK symbol

DHCP WARNING - Non-critical field invalid in response

REG-RSP-MP Mismatch Between Calculated Value for p1.ghi Compared to CCAP Provided Value

TLV-11 - unrecognized OID

Received Response to Broadcast Maintenance Request, But no Unicast Maintenance opportunities received - T4 time out

RNG-RSP CCAP Commanded Power in Excess of 6 dB Below the Value Corresponding to the Top of the DRW

Thank you for any help.
